250,000 and still going strong !!!
also did you ever replace the timing chains? I was thinking of doing it around 120k or so as a proactive replacement. I know its nasty when a timing chain breaks and piles up in the guides... ick

I am planning on getting the tranny flushed at 100K miles...am currently at 90K...are there any side effects of this clunkiness? Is it something that I need to worry about right away, or can wait until next summer, when I hit the 100K miles...
As regards the timing chains, they have not been changed. The car goes regularly to the dealership, so I imagine they would bring it up if there was a problem.
After the last airflow sensor change the car runs beautifully.

We're looking at getting another with lower mileage.
I'd consider having her keep it, but problem being she has no idea what maint. has been done and what hasn't. The tranny is slipping a little. Not sure if it's ever been replaced.
Maybe a full flush would help, but for 10-12 grand we can get one with 60-70K miles and sell hers for 4-5K.
The water pump seal went the other day.
I'm going to repair it for her.
Damn, there's at least 30 bolts to contend with in this job!
Wow, a lot different than other cars I've done.
