For cheap power, on my ML320 I have done:
1 - Nippondenso Iridium IX spark plugs
2 - K&N Air filter (debatable benefits, but an open cone style air filters have been shown to provide real HP gains)

I have also considered a chip, but that requires removing the computer and shipping it to the installer.
I also have considered ripping out the engine fan and clutch and putting in an electric fan.
If noise doesn't bother you, consider a high flow muffler, like Magnaflow, they make a stainless steel muffler that has dual inputs with a single output, even could use a double in/double out if you want dual outlets.
I am also looking at replacing my factory wheels (about 27 lbs each?) and Goodyear Fortera tires (36 lbs) with lighter weight wheels and tires.

More power??? Buy a new ML500 or AMG. Putting performance parts on a 320 is like giving a pig a silk purse.

See my above post. What you have done gives no noticable performance increase, perhaps one could tell the difference on a dyno in a lab but its so minescule if any at all that you can't sense any improvement driving. In fact some of the mods you mentioned will cause you problems down the road.
