Not starting!! Need advice - No codes ?

Not starting!! Need advice - No codes ?
I have a 1998 ML320 with 62,000 miles, went to go out tonight.
The starter engaged, cranked over fine. But thats it, will not start at all ( or stumble, Nothing at all)
I have a obdII tester no codes show, So I checked for fuel at the injector rail, No Pressure.
So I am thinking the fuel pump, or key gone bad. Does anyone here know if the immobilizer prevents the pump from operating?
Any other Ideas?

Ok, so I have traced the problem, there was no power at the pump.
Checked the fuel pump relay, It was melted on the side & you could see the terminals have been hot. The horn relay and he fuel pump relay are the same, so I swapped them over the ML started right up.
I figure the the fuel pump is pulling to much current and is on its way out.
I will replace the relay ($17 List price at the dealer) and change the fuel filter in case it is blocked.
I will drive it for a few days and keep an eye on the relay to see if it will cause issues again, if so I will replace the fuel pump.
I will post again in a few days to let you know of the result and to post a pic of the relay that died.
