slow throttle response

hey guys, I have a 03 ML500 and im usually on the W203 forums, I drove to pittsburg this weekend, and the ML had the slowest throttle response, as if i was driving a ML with a 4 cylinder. the kickdown button didnt work. Engine oil seemed to me moderate to low, so I added a little, I also reset the ECU, cleaned the airfilter, even used tiptronic, the car was slow as crap.

any help would be appreciated!

I can't really add anything, but the TipTronic shifts slower than letting it shift automatically.

I did let it shift automatically, but the throttle response for that is very low, like i said, as if the car was with a 4 cylinder, the kickdown button doesnt even work, the RPM rises like....300?
