air conditioning/water problems

Hi Everyone,
After thinking to myself for the past couple of weeks that my air conditioning should be blowing a lot colder, I've come across another problem in my 99 ML430. My floors have traces of water on them directly under the dash. I took a turn a little for aggressive than usual and had water fall on my feet. And after being parked for a while I didn't see any water from the drain for the airconditioning. I haven't had a chance to wash it since last weekend and nor has it rained in the past week.
Any ideas?
Joe

my ml has had a similar issue... it was a drain tube. There was some retaining clip that broke

Sounds to me like your condensate drain pipe is either plugged or came loose. I don't have pictures of the location but maybe someone else on the forum does. If it is blowing cool but not cold air you're low on freon and need to get some added. That is also what is contributing to your getting more condensate (water) off of the evaporator behind the dash.
