2000 ML 320
Cool Sunroof Wind Deflector Problems

Hi everyone!
I am a recent purchaser of a 2000 ML 320. Thanks to all of you who have left some great information on this site. Hopefully, I will sell it before I run into the problems that 99% of ML owners have had.
I have successfully replaced the spark plugs (Bosch+4), spark plug wires and replaced the pads and rotors without any problems so far. I purchased it with 54000 miles and have just hit 60,000. I have also installed a air intake and a Magnaflow muffler and a cool dual exhaust. I don't know if my horsepower has gone up, but it sure sounds COOOOL!
The one thing that is bugging me is the sunroof deflector has broken off. I am sure that I am not the only one who has encountered this. Does anyone have any repair tips for this? Also, has anyone attempted to remove the fake wood panel that surrounds the radio and A/C dial area? The center console where the switches are located too?

Thanks for you time!
