Awaiting a new arrival...
The seats look very well bolstered and the radio has an in-dash CD slot. Is this eventually for the US market?

i think its a waste of money, its just an ML500 look alike with seats and few tiny changes, the price is ridiculous...

The in-dash CD slot is part of the COMAND system. All MB's but the US-version ML (which has the MCS system) have the COMAND system. But non-US ML's have the COMAND, and the picture shown is from a non-US ML - that's why it has the COMAND system, nothing special for this edition.
