Experience: ML accessories from ebay !!
Just got my 2002 ML 350. Looking for bunch of accessories on ebay like chrome door handle cover, carbon fiber dash kit etc. and wondering how's the quality . Please share your experience on all kinds of accessories you've got from ebay.

Much junk is there. In addition many of the parts advertised are not the latest part numbers and in many cases are outdated or superceeded. Buyer beware!!

I would get NO CF dash kit, you have an SUV, moreso a Mercedes SUV... a NON AMG mercedes SUV...
I would recomend just posting up what your thinking about... if your a smart ebayer, you can find deals as mentioned above, but there is a LOT of crap on there as well... just post up, or search the forum to see past convos about products...

I am looking for chrome door and trunk handle cover and cf dash kit.
I would get NO CF dash kit, you have an SUV, moreso a Mercedes SUV... a NON AMG mercedes SUV...

it's really driving me crazy...Why the price of those chrome handle and grills varies alot from ebay to mymercedes.com and such. Please give me some guidelines...I can't wait to buy some goodies for my ride.

dont get those cheap chrome covers man... from anyone, they all look awful in about a year... do some other cool stuff, illuminated door sills, or maybe some wheels or stereo work, hell even the eyebrows you see would be cooler, try smoking your tail lights or as Viktorious says... GET BAKED, your headlamps that is and remove your amber reflectors. How bout doing Xenons? You most likely have halogen bulbs... get a xenon kit
Someone on here was complaining about his chrome handle covers FYI, after a year they started rusting or something...
Also if your not looking for CFreplacement parts your looking at some ricey application kit that goes on with adhesive... man... keep your car classy... I just listed a whole slew of mods that would make your car look better... CF is not it, chrome is not it either
