CEL questions

hi im new here.

got a question about my 1999 ML320

saturday i was driving from one party to another and at first i didnt see any lights on the dash but then later on i noticed the CEL was turned on.

so today i went to autozone and pulled the codes with a reader and got

P0173 - Fuel Trim Malfunction (Bank 2)
i did a search on the forums and it seems like a simple thing to fix

but i also go another code
P0700 - Trans Control Sys Malfunction

i did a search and only 1 result came up and wasnt helpful at all. what is that last code about and any advice on what to do about it?

am i gonna have to bring it to the stealership?

Q & R
Try disconnecting your battery and let it sit for about 15 min. Then reconnect and drive it about 40 miles for the computer to relearn all the sensor readings. I did this on my 00 and the CEL did not come back on, the state inspection also showed no codes present after I did that.
