OBD-II High Flow Catalytic Converters
Since my cats are cracked, I took my ML to the dealer to get them replaced and they refused to replace them because of the Magnaflow muffler I had installed a few months ago. I need to have them replaced myself and my dealer claims they will reimburse me.
I have seen some older posts that say that a high flow OBD-II compatible converter is not available which I believe was true at the time. I just found these:

You can buy a univeral fit cat and have it welded into the exhaust, theyre actually relatively inexpensive, but it involves more labor to make them fit.

That a bunch of bull. Cats are warranty for 8 yr or 80k miles. I would ask again and ask in which document states that you cannot change the muffler and Doing so will void your Major emmission component warranty. If you press harder they may change it.
If you decide to not deal with the dealer then you can go to Valley Muffler in West Covina. (Valley and Nogalas) They can weld in a Magnaflow hi-flow cat for $120 each installed.
