Talking Took the plunge:03 ML500

My wife and I went to the dealer on Sunday to buy her car and we ended up leaving my XC90 there and driving home in an 03 ML500. We spec'd out her car and determined it would need to be ordered, so with that done, I said I'd be interested in an ML as a replacement for my XC90. There were 4 or 5 on the lot. One black 320 (wanted 350 or 500), three silver MLs and a stunning (to me) black opal ML500 with charcoal leather. We're bored with silver and black is too much maintenance. It was the only one with Nav and some other features I've gotten used to. Although it'll be hard to take care of, it is beautiful. I have always loved the color and much prefer the charcoal to the java or ash interiors. Very good condition. One small dent on the right rear wheelwell lip and the unavoidable small chips on the hood. Otherwise very clean. Dark interior seems to be more forgiving. It's got 37K miles and is a CPO vehicle. Same dealer sold it new, so it's been local. Very excited and hope to be able to contribute very soon. Lots of questions, I'm sure. Thanks, in advance. Will post pics as soon as I can. Wife is driving it until she gets her E350. Tomorrow I need to bring the lab to the groomer so I get to take it.
