MCS/NAV Unit Retrofit

Will the MCS/NAV Unit from a 2000 S500 be compatible with my 1999 ML430? If so what other parts will I need for the retrofit?

Thanks

S-Class uses COMAND, not MCS.

Even worse, S/CL class uses COMAND 2.5, which is 2.5 din units high and requires a special front panel. The hole in the ML is only 2.0 din units high.

You can put a 2.0 COMAND unit (from old CLK/E or Euro ML) into a ML since thats what we have in Europe ..
