please read, brake sensor

ok guys
i just got my front brake done today, but i have a problem is that when i order the parts online they told me that the 2001 ml 430 need one sensor and the guy did the job for me today end up finding two sensor one on each side, he end up puting the new one on the passenger side and he left the old one on the driver side so i'm just wondering if it's ok to leave it like that or if i should go buy another sensor and take it back to him and i guess he have to take everything out again to put the sensor, so please let me know asap and thank you in advance,
jerry

did you have your break worn out badly ( i mean really bad, hit the sensor)??? if not, you don't even need to buy a new one, just get them old ones cleaned and you can use them again.

If the car didnt throw a warning light after the brake job you should be OK. Anyways you dont have to take the pads out again to replace the sensor.
