All,
My 03 350 didn't come with them. I've read many post saying some aftermarket kits flicker or had to have the dealer adjust voltage, e.c.t. Is there a kit out there that works? Just a plug and play, if you will? If so, can someone tell me which kit it is and where I can order it?

The kit was bought from contact k1 motorsport at http://www.k1motorsport.com/ .... Check the thread to see how it looks, and HID PRESENT does not have to be set. If you want to go with a different kit, but flickers, then go have the dealer set your car to HID Present. Some dealers do it for free, some charge, and some dont lie to you and tell you it cant be done.
