How hard is it to remove the center vents above the MCS? Part number for replacement?

How hard is it to remove the center vents above the MCS? Part number for replacement?
How can I remove the center vents above the MCS? I would like to remove them without breaking anything, anyone have instructions on how to remove them? Also does anyone have a part number/estimated cost of replacement should I damage them beyond repair?
