ML 55 wont start

ML 55 wont start
So my ML wont start. This happened just recently and this was the only major problem recently, anyways we changed out the fuel pump and all was well but this mourning I went to go start it up to head to work and nothing. Im reading it may be the CPS. How can I find it and swap it out? thanks for the help.

When the cps failed on me it didnt show a control light. It would only start after the engine was cold. Changeing it is a pain in the ***. Its behind the drivers side cylidner bank and there are two types. suggest someone do it for you as I have.

OK lets see.
Batt is good. All the electronics were good. I have my bas light on and the srs and air bag. That is because of the pass Seat air bag sensor in the seat. The BAS is something else I changed out. The brake sensor. These lights have been on for a few months So im pretty sure they have nothing to do with the car not starting. The fuel pump was just changed and I changed the oil that same day. I did drive it around a few times after that maybe starting it twice or 3 times. then It came from work to home. And the next mourning it wouldn't start. I hear the Electric starter going but thats it. Nothing else. any ideas ?
