Hi everyone!
I was having a problem with my horn (1999 Ml 320) not working. So the first thing I checked out was the fuse box.....Opened the fuse box and the thing was loaded with white cotton or some sort of white fibers almost looks like insulation stuff. Ahhhhhhhhhhh is this normal?

Do not believe that is the way its supposed to be. Some DIYer who previously owned your ML most likely did that for some stupid unknown reason.
