07 GL450, 91 NSX, 12 Prius

need bracket for Left 3rd row seat

Just bought myself a left side 3rd row seat for my ML55.
It includes the seat and seat belt.

is this the part I need A163 930 01 30 Left Seat concole to mount the seat?

I dont plan to do the easy access part. what else would I need?
