ML320: Code: P2050 / P2051: HELP !!!!

ML320: Code: P2050 / P2051: HELP !!!!
I have a 2003 ML320.
The check engine light keeps going on and off and car starts shaking.
The scanner gave the following codes:
P2050: Misfiring Damages TWC P0300
P2051 : Misfiring cylinder 1 damages to TWC.
Sometimes it gives misfiring to cylinder 1, then 4 then 6 and so on.
One mechanic said the ECU unit needs to be replaced as the injectors dont get power.
The other TWO mexchanics said to chnage the spark plugs and ignition wires, which we did, but same problem.
WHAT COULD IT BE..?? PLEASE HELP !!
