you can get the keys from your MB dealer or...
use two little blades to get it out. Where the hinge is on the MCS, you'll see two slots (one on each side). The thin (knife-like) keys get inserted in there and they click in and then you just pull it out using the keys. The keys cost about $9.95 from the dealer.
