KLEEMANN headers for W163 V8!

KLEEMANN USA is looking for a "guinea pig" of sorts to test-fit our newly developed pre-production headers for the W163 chassis- ML430, ML500, or ML55- the headers will work on any W163 V8 model ML. We will offering a package price of $1000.00 for the headers and an ECU program to eliminate the check engine light (the headers remove the primary catalysts), in exchange for feedback regarding fitment and performance. Before and after Dyno's would be helpful, but not a deal breaker if it can't be done. We need 1 person willing to help. Please contact me for details if you are interested- cory@kleemannusa.com.

Thanks!

A donor vehicle has been located- thanks for all the interest and emails! I'll make a post in this section once the production units are in stock and ready to go.

headers would eliminate both primaries and secondaries... The software would up the threshold to a number the ECU should always be able to detect... then you can run 100 octane leaded fuel and not worry about clogging your cats!!!

Cory, I sent you an email, please let me know if you can help

Unfortunately, there are no plans to develop V6 headers for the M112 engine at the moment. This could change, but not in the foreseeable future....
