Shop found broken springs when replacing rear shocks- ordered Eibach- anything else?
Wondering if there is anything else I should be ordering? The truck has 190K miles on it, and I ordered a set of Bilstein shocks for the whole thing. Dropped it off today and the shop quoted me $315.00 to install the rears and $120 for the fronts... I opted out of the fronts since I know they are trivial and I can do them in my garage.
Shop put it up today and saw that my rear springs are cracked and can't be reused- both sides. So I ordered some Eibach springs this afternoon for $175 shipped plus 10% back from Eibach directly. Wondering though... is there anything else I should be replacing at the same time, that goes along with those shocks and springs- rubber mounts, nuts, etc? Part numbers and rough pricing would be amazing!
Thanks!!!! Looking forward to a smooth riding truck again!

I'm currently using the Bilsteins on my ML (with Eibach), good choice but they are a little harsher than the stock shocks (especially after being lowered). The handling is great!
For the front, you will need the shock "replacement kit" from the stealer. It includes the washers, bolts and rubber bushings you need.
Part # 163 323 0185
The price at my local dealer was around $50.
I think Europarts direct sells it for around $40.
Good Luck!
