ML430 issues

ML430 issues
Hi, recently just purchased a used '99 ML430. I've driven just about every SUV out there, and owned a few also. This has to be one of the better vehicles I've driven. It was between this and the new Volvo XC90. Which, was a bit overvalued compared to the ML series. anyways, I got a good deal.
Here's some things I've discovered so far:
Rear bumper is pretty loose. Is this normal? or, just needs to be tightened up somehow?
Cup Holders are not that good. one is extremely loose, splashes the drinks all over the place.
nothing else that I can think of right now. Any other frequent problems?

The cupholder design is poor, knees tend to bang them when entering/exiting the vehicle. This may explain the loose cupholder you have.
ML's love to eat brakes, so be prepared the first time you have to replace them.
