First Aid and another compartment in the Hatch?
Hi All,
I was looking through my ML the other day and I noticed the first aid kit was in the hatch, then I notice another compartment right next to it, it was empty! Was there supposed to be something in there? it has a velcro strap but nothing there??? Any idea what this is? I took a quick look in the manual and couldn't find anything but I was wondering if its flares or safety reflectors?

There is supposed to be
an emergency triangle in that compartment. MBUSA does not equip NA ML's with this yet European bound ML's have them.
You can purchase the triangle from samstagsales.com part # 168 890 08 97.

how much did you pay for your triangle?
All that stuff came free with my Audi. I kinda miss that, I mean we love our ML thus far but it seems that everything is an option, while on my Audi everything was there.

but yes, I agree, Audi's pricing is simpler with fewer option packages because some features are already included as standard.
