2004 ML350 exterior rear view mirror - LED
Hi, How do you replace the right side exterior rear view mirror LED turn signal lamp? The LED turn signal lamp in not working. The manual said to bring it to a MB service center. How hard can it be, any suggesting? Or know of a good local mechanic near Westfield, NJ. Thanks in advance.

Turn signal Light Mirror not Working
If you have a motorized mirror there's a good chance that the electrical wires are broken, remove the electrical tape off of the four 22 gauge wires running to
the LEDs and you may see broken wires.
there's an easy way to reach the wires without taking the mirror apart, just close the mirror and reach from the back folded corner and remove the Black cover with a small long needle nose pliers and grab it with your fingers.
you may also need a dental surgical tool and solder gun kit so you can pull the wire out a little to solder them back together.
Harbor Freight has all three tools for less then $25.00 for all.
I'll try to post a illustration.
