2000 ML430: Error Codes 301 & 302- Misfire

2000 ML430: Error Codes 301 & 302- Misfire
I have the error codes mentioned in the title on my 2000 ML 430 and the dealer is telling me that spark plug and the wires need to be replaced. By the way, the truck is vibrating when it is on idle. It feels okay when driving over 40-50 miles an hr.
The catch is the dealer is asking $1100 for it. After a little search on the Internet, I have found that the parts are half the price. I do not have the time to do it myself so I need your help. Is this a reasonable price for this kind of work? Could anyone suggest someone around Detroit area who could do this at a better rate? Please let me know.

That is CRAZY MONEY!!!!! I bought the wires and plugs on ebay for way under $200.00 and, yeah, it is a 2 hour job MAX

P. S. Let me know if you need a coil pack, I replaced mine coz I got a good deal on them and have 6 good ones for sale.
