Jose, Have you tried eBay? There are thousands of parts available there. When doing your search try this. W163 and ML320 and this ML 320. You will get different results every time you change these key words. Also try adding USED on the end if you want to go that way.

Try this: Item number:390149064922 It is on eBay. I did a search using Mercedes ML320 brake booster. There was a 2nd one there to. Have fun!
