1998 ml320 po410 code

I received a po410 code on my 1998 ml320. I realize this is for the secondary air pump. I have checked the fuse 45 and relay and they are working well. I ran a hot wire to the secondary air pump and it is running well without any hesitation. I pulled both of the sensors and I cleaned them out real good after dissembling. The one on the left of was clogged pretty good with carbon deposit. The one on the right was still clean. I placed them back on, but I'm still getting the po410 code. I need help, you guys have helped alot in the past, any clues on this one? I'm trying to pass emissions before Monday.

How many mies? When you jump the air pump how much volume comes out?
If you want to check the system you can back probe( if you dont have access to a scanner with live data or a sds) the air pump needs to pull the 02 voltage below 40mv with in 60 seconds

247k on the miles, I don't have the scanner so it would be kind of difficult to check. How do you check the volume output and the voltage drop? Any help would be appreciated.

Believe it or not, placed duct tape around the secondary air pump, cleared po410 code, and code did not come back up again. There was a lot air escaping the top seam of the air pump. So I guess I will eventually have to change it out, but since it passed that will give me more time to get the pump.
