02 ML 500 CD changer problems
The 6-CD changer in the trunk of my 02 ML500 stopped working some years ago. I thought it was a blown fuse or something. The changer clicks when I load the CD changer as if it is trying to read the CDs. Nothing happens.
My NAV in the front works and I can play a CD in the NAV CD player (and give up using NAV). MB dealers want to sell a new CD changer for $600. Have 60,000 miles. Any thoughts or is this a common problem ?

Hello,
Please help.
I have a 2005 Mercedes ML350 with 6-disc changer in trunk. When I load the
changer with disc and choose cd on my unit, the message I have on screen is No cd Changer.
nothing happens. I can hear the cd charger checking the disc in the trunk but nothing happens.I can't open the charger to. Has anyone experience this problems.

ML350 / 500 CD Changer problem
Some have had luck when they take out the CD changer and reconnect the wires. Mine stopped working many years ago and I have tried all the suggested solutions. Your better bet may be to connect your IPOD through the cigarette lighter and have it play on the radio. Inconvenient but works.
