Door lock freaking out
The rear driver's side passenger door on our 2002 ML320 just started freaking out. When you start out the doors automatically lock, well, now they jump up and down in an attempted to lock. After 2 tries all the doors lock but that door.
Its is simply a need to replace the electronic lock?

Common problem
I have replaced both rear door lock accuators on my 02 Ml320. There are multiple posts on how to fix. The part is around $180. For now, just manually lock that door by pushing the knob down. It will keep it from cycling up and down when you drive. Search for past posts on "Lock actuator" and "machine gunning locks".
