My gf just bought a used ML and it came with halogen headlights and am interested in upgrading to the projector headlights. I tried doing a search in this forum, benzworld and off google but couldn't get a clear answer on what it takes to do the swap.

1) Can the swap be completed without going to the dealership?

2) If so, might you guys have a link for the DIY?

3) So many aftermarket projectors on ebay, any trusted sellers that you guys have dealt with?
