ML320 dependable?
I am in the market for a winter used car. I found an ML320 182K for $2800. Is there a fare amount of common problems where I should run from this model?
I am not trying to flame. I own a MB and am considering this as a 2nd winter car as an option to repairing a bad transmission at the moment. I don't need 2 cars dying at once.

2003 ML320
I've had mine since 2003. Only put about 75k on it. Repairs are freaking costly, however I have not had any major issues.
I had the drivers side door lock stop working with the remote($900 repair), a sensor in the exhaust system go out($600 repair).
