PLEASE HELP
My 2002 ML320 died on me while i was driving home from work today... the car was going 30 when it just shut off!!! I pulled over and turned it back on and the battery indicator was on... i pushed the gas and the car immediately stalled... i checked the battery and alternator pulley and all seemed well... i reset the battery and then a check engine light went on... i had to put the car in drive and let the car idle home..... if you depres the gas pedal any amount the car will immediately stall.. also on random the check engine light will come on and also the airbag off indicator will come on and turn off as well as the battery indicator.. does anyone know WTF is going on??

Was digging around and that's what I was thinking... tgx so much for d help!!! Thank god I was drivingbabd not d wifey, she woulda crashed the thing cuz the power steeringband brakes went out due to engine cut off... mercedes should have made a system where d car deceleratss first then stalls...my old cheap mitsubishi had that...

Usually all mercedes with valeo alternator's regulator go bad not the whole alternator. See if you can just purchase a bosch brand regulator. !!!!!!!!!!!always change your tranny fluid!!!!!!!!!!!! On ML's!!!!!!!!!!
