Navigation options with Comand (MCS?) screen? & MORE - Please read!!!!
This is kind of a multi-part post. I've seen on ebay, some ML320 w163 style screen radios with aftermarket DVD players in them. Now, I'm not sure whats the advantage to this - and since I'm new to the ML and this radio - I need a little guidance.
I'm in TEXAS, USA. So is the radio called Comand or MCS? and whats the difference?
Is there any way to add navigation BESIDES buying the factory mercedes dvd drive? This seems cost prohibitive, as I can replace the entire head unit for LESS, with an aftermarket unit (like a pioneer or kenwood) that would have Navigation, and it would be newer. But I like the factory look.
If adding a DVD player is possible, are there any HACKS or MODS for this radio? Any advice would be great.

Also, my door's say BOSE on them, but the radio DOES NOT SAY BOSE ANYWHERE. Is there a difference in radios? Here's one I found on ebay that says BOSE on the screen...
Could I possibly have a NON-BOSE head unit? Obviously I bought the car used. Note: This is a picture of a radio I saw on ebay -- My radio does NOT say bose like this one does.......
