Radiator hoses???
Hello-
I just purchased a 2000 ML320, smelled a little colant last night and felt the hoses - like jelly - spongy as can be, I want to change them both and was thinking about changing the thermostat at the same time. Are there any tricks to re-pressurizing the cooling system or is it fairly conventional. Have worked on BMWs for quite some time and they are fairly elementary, how tricky is this? Any help would really be appreciated, and I look forward to talking to all of you soon.....Cheers!!

The thermostat is part of the upper hose neck. If you buy it from the dealer it will come with the gasket, part #112 203 02 75.
