I'm left with No Heat in my ML320, I have replaced Themostat, Hoses, flushed the system and still no heat. It just blows cold air. Any ideas as to what could be the problem

After getting the truck up to operating temp., feel both heater hoses at the firewall and they should both be hot. If they are not then there is a blockage at the heater core or the hose leading up to the core..
If they are both hot, then remove the the glove compartment. With the heater controls in the off position, look to the 10 o'clock position and you will see the blend door actuator and its operating rods. Move the controls to heat and look at the operating rods, which should move. If they do not, that means that the Blend Door Actuator is either stuck or completely dead.
This problem usually occurs after the change of seasons, as the actuator has been in the same position for 5-6 months. Try tapping the top of the actuator with a stick and see if it frees itself, but if it doesn't then the actuator will have to be replaced.

TeleAid Law suite
Someone asked "why isn't the labor covered"? well quite simply, the lawyers made millions in fees and they really didn't want to spend anymore time on this case. They got their money so the little guy, (us owners), will have to pay for the install. MB knows that most owners will not pay. the settlement is just on paper The reality is that most people knowing its going to cost them money to be made whole, won't do it. The result, the lawyers make millions and the little guy get left out in the rain. Great going lawyers. You really work hard in keeping your reputation for being sharks and low lives. Keep up the good work.

You will have to check the antenna splitter located in the rear hatch. Also check the coax cable for fraying at the grommet. While on FM station manipulate the wires and the coax cable.
