Vibrating exhaust like noise when accelerating

I own a Mercedes ML270 2002 W163
Vibrating exhaust like noise when accelerating
Hi,
I have a ML270 2002, when I accelerate I get a vibrating exhaust like noise which sounds like it is from the engine.
The noise is not there on initial acceleration or if I accelerate hard, only on light acceleration
.
I have got the exhaust checked and they said the catalytic converter is good, emissions are 0.798, which seems to prove the cat is good.
The exhaust rubbers are in good condition.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this noise?
