Seat Belt Replacement/Bracket Switch?

Hi

I have had some body work done to my ML, I was able to get a rear bumper and back hatch replaced by a body shop and the deal was to get the seat belts replaced as well as mine blew in a collision and the guy had a parts car 2000 ML320. (Mine is a 2002 ML320)

He told he the body parts fit but the seat belts did not due to the 2000 Not having side air bags and the bracket doesn't fit on the 2002 frame.. (???)

So Now I'm curious to know if there is a way to switch the mounting brackets with the seat belts so I can use my 2002 mount bracket with the 2000 seat belts.

Or am I just going to have to find some online or junkyard and buy them there? (like these http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/search/?N=0&Nr=AND%28wpn_tl_name:Interior+Accessories,wpn _cat_name:Seats\%2C+Seat+Covers+%26+Accessories,wp n_scat_name:Seat+Belt%29) Will these universal cheapo guys even work in 2002 ML320?

Also I found this on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/ANY-MERCEDES-SEAT-BELT-REPAIR-REBUILD-SERVICE-2000-2010-/290642055356?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories &fits=Year%3A2002|Model%3AML320&vxp=mtr&hash=item4 3ab9dd0bc and I was wondering how hard would it be to rebuild it my self if I bought the other seat belts from the guy as parts. I thought there is no difference between the 98-05 (w163) besides the minor cosmetic differences like the fog lights. I guess not? Any thoughts?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks merry christmas
