Kinda confused... You disconnected the battery and are expecting features, that need battery power, to work?

Or you have reconnected the battery and now the features won't work?

Oh ok... Did you try holding the buttons up or down instead of trying to operate it using the one-touch feature?

Usually after a battery disconnect, you have to normalize the windows and sunroof.

To normalize, hold the window switch down for 3 seconds once the window reaches the end of travel. Repeat sequence with the window closing/going up.

Do this for all the windows and sunroof.

I can't do this, windows, mirrors, and sunroof do not work, checked all fuses and relays! This happened after battery was disconnected!

Stupid question but did you try it with the key on? I'm just saying, some people forget the minor details sometimes lol. I've seen it happen lol.

Try starting the car and cycling the key a few times first.
