clearcoat on '98 bumper
I cracked my bumper on my '98. do the grey bumpers require a clearcoat ?
I think the body shop was trying to talk me into getting some extra work for painting the bumpers.

A quick estimate from DC Autocraft, also the authorized body shop of Rusnak of Pasadena, and works with MBZ, Porsches, Jags, Bentleys and Ferraris:
$250-$300 per bumper
$100 per trim
The shop is expensive, but the experience and the type of cars in the bays pretty much speaks for the craftmanship.
Brought my ML and both my 911s in this shop in the past, very satisfied.
