Since I have a white milky substance at my oil fill plug, this indicates a blown head gasket, Right? If I have a friend who is familiar with MB's, to replace the gasket, it is alot more than just tearing down the top of the engine and replacing the gaskets, Right? I don't have $2500-$3000 to get this repaired. I could use some guidance.

There is no problem with your truck. This is a normal reaction that takes place during the cold weather. This does not mean that there is a problem with the head gasket or antifreeze entering the engine.
Take the truck for a run at highway speeds and then check the cap again and you will see that the residue is gone.
