Squeaking noise coming out of my front driver side...?

Squeaking noise coming out of my front driver side...?
Need help with this problem...Notice, this is the 1st MB that I purchased and it's a 1998 ML320, so I don't have to much knowledge of it yet, but I do have the above average mechanic skill...
PROBLEM: When I go over little bumps or cruising, it makes this annoying squeaking noise thats coming out of my front driver side. I'm 100% sure it's not the brakes at all. I'm leaning towards something in the suspension area, but I don't really know for sure. I don't want to invest in something, finding out it's not the problem. Is it the bearings? struts? springs? Anyone else have this same problem? Any help would be appreciated...!!
Doe's anyone know where I can buy a complete service manual for a 98 ML320?
