this a good deal?
01 Ml 430 w/navigation, heated seats (standard?), 27k miles, black on black, sport package, 4wd, comes w/warrenty for about 33k to 35k. wuld i get jipped or is this a good deal? anyone kno of any problems to look out for this year's vehicle?

It's a fair deal.....
but not a great one. Sport package is a nice bonus. Problems with MLs seem to be different with each vehicle. My 1999 has been basically problem free but, others have had nothing but problems. See if you can get the vehicle history and go from there.

got a carfax on it. no problems. the owner of it wuz the dealership's wife. took a look at it, very good condition, um...i think it has extended warrenty, got the price to about 33,800. feels like a great, solid car. good or decent?

Way too expensive....
even at 33,800. Should be sub 30k imho.
FYI my '00 ML430 fully loaded is only work about 22k trade in.
Check around some more before you jump.
If you do buy it, make sure it comes with the extended 100,000 mile warranty - you'll likely need it.
