ML55 Hood for my 99 430
Ok , I have to admit I want to be diffrent so here I am trying to make this car stand out alittle. I would love to find the ml55 hood for mine, first off is this possible and if so where can I find one.
would those parts stores that are on the internet be a good place to go?
I have been looking for several places to upgrade my car and find them is quite a challenge.
I was interested in upgrading also the side mirrors to the 02 w./ blinkers.
also looking for cross drilled rotors any leads would be great too.

Yes you can do those two things.
Changing the hood should be a lot easier than the mirrors though.
For the mirrors, you might want to contact Chris K. (I don't remember the exact spelling of his last name but it's something like Krikorian). He might have some good tips as he did that to this ML430 (I think he has a 2000 model year).
Chris added the power folding '02 mirrors and also added a switch in the center console to fold them. He said he would write up an article-type thing on it, but I haven't seen that yet.

Its all a matter of process...
I have already upgraded to bixen. lights, now brake upgrade then cosmetic.
its already looking real sharp.
will keep all updated as time permits.
