mercedes benz ml320 2002
ml320, mercedes benz 2002. Running issues, keeps stalling when put into gear.

After a workshop manual for my ml320 2002 to diagnose problem. Anyone can help, everything go to in google has been no help.

When put into gear always stalling, or if get to go it will stall when l stop at traffic lights or intersection. Any help.

How does the engine run after you initially start it while it's in park?

it idles but jumps up an down, cant rev up unless full throttle

You must look for a vacuum leak. Check all hose on the truck especially those at the rear of the engine.

Thankyou for your advice, cant find vacuum leak but put a vacuum guage on it an it shows it has vacuum leak but when l disconnect the air mass sensor the guage reads as if their was no vacuum leak an car runs an drives well,

Any advice what you think

That is very strange because the workings of the MAF Sensor has no bearing on intake manifold vacuum. It only registers the volume of incoming air going to the throttle actuator.

From what you are saying, it seems that you need a new Bosch MAF Sensor, but have the codes read first. It should show codes of P0100-1004.
