Lightbulb Looking for the best chrome brush guards for my ML!

I am totally new to the ML's but just got a nice used ML320 for our snow boarding trips!

Promised myself no mods but really want to trick it out with some minor stuff such as some brush guards, a nice body kit and perhaps a small drop and rims.

Does anyone here have used ML55 body parts that they are selling or perhaps recommend me a place to find the factory Mercedes brush gaurds and side steps?

Is there a way to slightly drop this car a bit to give it a bit better grip and not so tall and bouncy ride?

Please advise!

thanks
rick

Brush guards

Hey, recognize you from the Roadfly E46 M3 board! The factory stainless brush guard is a nice piece. Here's a pic of mine with Hella FF200 chrome fog lights. I don't know of a source other than dealers, offhand.

thanks guys for the input and heads up!

Greg: Wow, nice pair of twins you got there...hehe Matching Silver cars huh, sweet!

Do you know off-hand how much that OEM silver bumper guard was? I love how that looks even though I know a few aftermarket companies sells different styles.

Are those projector headlights and fogs pretty bright? I want those headlights too....cost?

Viktorious: The rims I'm running are now SSR GT3's.

thanks,
rick

The OEM stainless steel brush guard is $585 list. You may get it slightly cheaper through an online dealer parts like Clair Motors: M-B of Westwood Parts

The bi-xenons are very bright, but spendy (around $1,300). Try Performance Products: Performance Products headlight upgrade

New style taillights are cheap, around $175.
