Hi everyone my name is Frank, I'm looking for information on a complete break down and install of a AT Conductor plate, my ML 320 recently began giving me problems at about 105.000mi so I took it to the dealer and they were kind enough to give me a complete break down of what the SUV needed. (and loan me a 2013 C230 for the weekend at no cost!) in the list of items the conductor plate was numero uno on the list... but they want $1400 which I have about half, but not looking forward to saving and dropping that much cash... credit is an option but would rather not, with that said after days of research on not just this website but numerous others, I've ran into bits and pieces of the information I need, but no DIY videos or pics with instructions. I know the actual plate doesnt cost that much, that you must drain the transmission fluid, change gaskets and filters, reach the actual plate unbolt it and install, sounds easy enough I have some experience on working on my own vehicles from hondas to chevys, but never Euro. So if anyone out there has access to this info please shoot it my way. thank u...
