Question MB internet auctions?

Hello all, first time poster here.

I'm in the market for a newer M-class (2003, 8000 miles or less) and have been looking on E-Bay at auction and buy-it-now prices.

Does anyone know of a similar auction type on the internet? I like the pictures that most sellers on E-Bay provide and clearly, the more pictures the better -- especially if you cannot physically inspect or drive the vehicle before purchasing.

Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Have you tried going to the dealer and buying a new one? They are offering deep discounts and even low financing rates on new MLs since the sales are very slow and a new model will be coming out shortly. I have seen people saying they got 3-6k off their new ML.

FWIW, I got my new 2003 ML-500 with Sun-roof & Bose Upgrade for less than $42K a couple of weeks ago.

Thank you both for replying. My problem is that I'm in a smaller market and the nearby M-B dealer: (1) doesn't have but a couple of M-class trucks; and (2) doesn't really deal on pricing b/c he has the market cornered for our area. That's why I'm considering buying a low-mileage M from a large market like Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, etc. and having it shipped to me.

Thanks again.
