Wednesday morning, June 26th ~7:50am coming off i76 at the Passyunk / Oregon Ave exit a silver pre-2002 ML320 bumped my car.

Dash cam picked it all up, I'm waiting on a friend of mine working with the source video to try and retrieve the plate #.
(pardon the terrible radio) occurs at 0:38, he intrudes into my lane.
Younger white male, I waived him into the parking lot I turned into but he took off.


Caused a scratch about 1' long, initial estimate was $1000.

 

Doesn't look like you can get the plate number from that video. Can you?
That sucks.
