Get Shell 134 ATF for $7.50 a quart. It has MB approval (sheet 236.14).
I believe that the MB ATF is made by Fuchs. (Fuchs Titan ATF 4134)

That Valvoline ATF doesn't have current MB approval, unless it's called Synpower ATF 134. You can find that on the lists of approved fluids kept updated by MB: http://bevo.mercedes-benz.com/bevoli...4&suchbegriff=
Read through the sheets and you'll find that only Shell 3403 is listed on sheet 236.10 with the MB fluid.
